"Muy mala experiencia pague 3 meses $150 para el mes 4 me subieron a $252 que segun fue un error de ellos y iva a vajar en el mes 5 pero en ese mes me llego de $296 y según ellos lo Ivan a resolver me quede esperando respuesta de el pago del mes 5 y el mes 6 me llegó nueva mente de $296 y no obtuve solución así que solo me dijeron que si no pagaba que solo se me iva a cancelar la aseguranza y llevo 3 meses esperando que me solucionen y esto fue un error de ellos porque disen que isieron mal la póliza luego me disen que no pague 1 mes y si lo pague luego disen que ya me juntaron 2 meses y aun así no está correcto es injusto lo que hacen"

"I came by the office, initially, to sort out some confusion on my end, in regards to my car insurance payment. I arrived shortly before 3:30, and was there until closing, (5:00). Though, in the past, I have, sadly, had mixed feelings about this State Farm branch in particular, mainly due to mix ups concerning similar family names, but also incorrect addresses and phone numbers receiving mail/texts. Today was a complete change of mood, thanks to Brittany Fry. She not only spoke genuinely, listened carefully, and gave helpful visual information, but also used real life examples to help assure I had the best understanding. The majority of the duration of time I was there, we went over some possible life insurance plans. New to the idea, I tried my best to view it as objectively as I can. Asking questions as often as I needed, she thoughtfully responded to the best of her abilities. Ultimately, I left with a much better understanding of what life insurance is, and the benefits it can offer. Thank you again Brittany Fry!! I truly appreciated your heartfelt concern."
