"I switched my State Farm account to Lisa Yoder about 5 months ago, after reaching my frustration limit with my previous local SF Insurance Agent who was repeatedly providing excuses and messing up my multiple auto policies. Lisa has been able to clean up the mess he created, and has resolved the multiple difficult issues that my previous agent could/would not. She communicates in writing, and she follows through on what she says that she is going to do. I am very pleased that I made the switch. And if you have 10+ vehicles, including collector cars and an RV, she can help you too."

"My husband got notified thru his email that we were past due on our car insurance. We stopped in at the office today and met with Victoria! She was VERY helpful and found the mistake and switched us BACK to paper billing. We were able to pay the amount due with no late fee. This office is ALWAYS so welcoming.
